We are interested in engaging and innovative presentations and especially welcome sessions about advocacy and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Every speaker receives:
In recognition of their time and expertise, each chosen speaker receives an honorarium of as well as a complimentary entrance fee.

Please note that CEU credit fees are not included.


Submission Guidelines
All proposals must contain the following.

An engaging and descriptive title​
-
A description of your session's topic
-
A description of your session's goals and learning objectives​
-
The names and email addresses of your proposed speaker(s)
-
​A signed conflict of interest disclosure for all speakers​
-
No branded slides
What topic should I choose?
We welcome all submissions!
All ideas are encouraged but please make sure it's relevant to the genetic counseling industry and career field.
Selection is based on multiple criteria, including attendee requests and what topics have been covered in recent conferences.
If you're interested in speaking but can't narrow down your ideas, please reach out, we do receive requests for topics!​

Review of materials
What to expect if your session is selected.
We'll send you an email that includes:

A brief survey to upload your presentation and speakers' information.

A conflict of interest disclosure, which NSGC requires for those applying for Category 1 CEUs based on this session.

A few instructions regarding your presentation including confirmation to disclose any conflicts of information both verbally and in writing at the session and to cite all sources.
